What Drives Me

People are diverse in their needs and abilities. Digital accessibility, usability and user experience together make services and products available to everyone. It expands the target audience, improves the user experience, and strengthens the brand in the long term. Organizations that prioritize accessibility demonstrate that they take their customers and all employees seriously.

I view accessibility as a fundamental human right. I am committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have full access to digital products and services. It is important to me that they have a user experience that is at least equivalent to—and as good as possible—that of others.

My experience shows that diverse teams foster innovation, quality, and a positive work environment. I prefer to work with people from diverse backgrounds, with different health conditions, ways of thinking, age groups, genders, and identities.

I particularly enjoy working in and with teams led by people with disabilities and/or queer people.
