Are you trying to log in to the web host All-Inkl via SFTP (terminal / SSH) and your program shows the message “Received too large SFTP package” or “Es wurde ein zu großes SFTP-Paket empfangen”?
You may be trying to log in to the SFTP account (SSH) with your FTP credentials. The quickest way to tell is to look at the user name you entered for the login at the web host All-Inkl. If the user name does not start with ssh- but directly with w0…, you have saved the user name for FTP instead of SFTP.
You can find the correct access details in the web host’s technical customer area “Kasserver” under “Tools > SSH-Zugänge” (SSH accounts). Also make sure you have entered the correct host name (which you can find in the same place).
If you are in a sub-account in the technical customer area, you may not be able to see the section “Tools > SSH-Zugänge” at all. In that case, you have to log in to the parent account instead (i.e. the account of the actual main domain of the owner of the web space) and look there. If you received the credentials as a contractor working for an agency, it may be that only the agency has the login details for the main account. Point them to this post so they know which details they need to give you.
It may also be that nobody thought of activating SSH access. When you create a sub-account at the web host All-Inkl, an SSH account is created automatically under “Tools > SSH-Zugänge”. However, it is not activated at first. So the owner of the main account has to activate it there first.
